Bully Pulpit

See Donald’s Trump put the bully in bully pulpit: trying to get a new judge when the current one doesn’t rule his way.

See the thought process:

  1. The judge is ruling a way I don’t like.
  2. Ruling against me is treating me unfairly. The only explanation is his heritage biasing him.
  3. People who don’t see what I see, even my supporters, should butt out.
  4. People who disagree and criticise are the real racists. Double down and go after them.

This is not the kind of thinking I want in a president. Does he really think this way? He didn’t in 2012. He seems to now. You can’t know which to be believe, and a President’s beliefs aren’t something I want to be confused about.
